The plant of TURBO Bearings is well equipped with dedicated line of machines for each type of bearing components grinding work. These machines ensure the consistent quality and high productivity by virtue of computerized numerically controlled (CNC) precision grinding machines.

Turbo has an excellent grinding division, with grinding machines kof world renowned makes such as WMW - BWF Germany, NOVA - Italy and indigenology. C.N.C. precision grinding machines with latest grinding technology. Grinding machines are fitted with Inprocess gagues of MARPOSS - Italy for better size control.

Turbo Continuously upgrades its machinery by refurbishment/replacement with new CNC machinery. We always use latest technology equipment in our machinery.

Turbo has an excellent wuper finishinf machines of THIELINHAUS- German make machines for improving the surface finish of raceways. The machines are equipped with special cycle to generate logrithmic profile.

Turbo has world renowned super finishing machines of Supfina-Germany make for super finishing rollers, which gives improved surface finish on roller, aling with cambered profile - a unique feature with supfina machines.

Turbo has fully equipped assembly and dispatch division. The Bearing assembly is carried out by our skilled work force, with the help of latet machine in complete dust proof and controlled environment. Prior to dispatch, all Bearing boundry dimensions are checked as per IS/ISO norms.

The dimagnetizing, washing, drying and oiling is done by fully automatic imported washing machine line.

We have a Laser marking machine which apart from marking the Bearing number is also used for marking the Batch code on all Bearing (month & year) to have trceability of Turbo Bearing.
