TURBO Bearings is well equipped with chemical analysis laboratory for analyzing the chemical composition of prime raw material SAE-52100 / 100 Cr 6 steel. Main function of laboratory is to verify the chemical composition of SAE-52100 / 100 Cr 6 steel as per IS/ISO norms. We are using the raw material of balls and rollersSAE-52100 / 100 Cr 6 steel from worlds best steel making plants like DAIDO-Japan, ASCO metal-France, Willaires-Brazil or equivalents and prime SAE-52100/100 Cr6 steel for bearing races.

Metallurgical microscope - Olympus CK 40M (Japan) make.
It is one of the latest microscope of OLYMPUS-Japan make. It is used for checking the microstructure of bearing components. By this equipment, we are maintaining consistent quality of microstructure as per standard norms in prime raw material as well as in heat treated rings, roller & balls. As per Indian and international bearing standards the grade of bearing steel is SAE-52100 / 100 Cr 6 which is being used by TURBO Bearings. Before using bearing steel as our raw material, we make it sure that micro inclusions, micro cleanliness and microstructure of bearing components are maintained as per standard specifications to ensure the long life of bearings.

We have Mitutoyo make (Japan) profile projecter, which is used for checking/controlling the profiles of grooves etc, at turning stage.

Talyrond - Taylor Hobson Ltd. (U.K.) Make.
It is the best quality measuring instrument. It is used for checking the roundness, squarness, concentricity and coaxiality of bearing and components, which ensure the running accuracy and long life of TURBO Bearings.

Form Talysurf FTS 50 - Taylor Hobson Ltd. (U.K.) Make.
Form and surface finish measuring instrument is being used for checking the micro geometry, it evaluate parameters like Form geometry and surface finish of components.
Also we are using this instrument for improving the quality and verifying our product with standards. It is also useful for R & D works as we can modify form of races & rollers to enhance performance of TURBO Bearings.

We have imported automatic roller sorting machines, for Tapered roller sorting. These machines have facility to group the roller within 1 micron reading. The best of grading gives better load distribution in the bearings and longer life.

This imported testing instrument is used for checking the noise & vibration of Tapered, Cylindrical, Spherical roller bearings, Angular contact ball bearings and deep groove ball bearings. This instrument is used for upgrading the quality of TURBO Bearings.
